I’m a Boston-based multidisciplinary designer. My latest journey is at Amwell as a Lead Product Designer – where I collaborate with talented cross-functional teams in crafting innovative telehealth products for Patients, Providers, and Administrators in the healthcare industry. With more than eight years of invaluable experience in this fast-paced startup environment, I’ve honed my skills in balancing business goals with engineering constraints, all while tirelessly advocating for the user’s needs.

Originally from southern Vietnam, I’ve had the privilege of living and working in diverse cities like Saigon, Dubai, Bangkok, and Boston—each shaping my design perspective. I’m passionate about embracing diversity and weaving it into my work, creating inclusive and meaningful experiences for all.
